Serving for a good cause isn’t always supported by applauds and appreciations. Sometimes, one is mocked at for standing for a noble cause using a noble way. But one who remains undeterred in his service for the community welfare irrespective of adulations or mockery and surviving even upon the meagre support in hope of spreading the message to the last man in the line, is the one who actually stands for the cause.

Hindustan Ki Kahaaniyan brings to us another story of a man who took his responsibility as a considerate being and dedicated his life in spreading a message for the welfare of society. Pankaj Kumar aka Oxygen Man of Delhi comes from a simple family in Bihar where family virtues have taught him of always putting the welfare of the society at the top of the priority list. He is the man carrying a plant on his back and wearing an oxygen mask who realized the rising need of protecting the environment and found out this noble way of symbolism for spreading the message.

We do acknowledge the problem, we do talk about it and we do believe in spreading the message as well but do we put our best foot forward and undertake the necessary steps in spreading the acknowledgement and finding possible solutions, is the question raised by this. Pankaj tells he was inspired and daunted by a painting of a child carrying a plant on his back and wearing a mask and he decided to recreate the painting in real life and spread the virtualization of near possible future we might live in if we remain negligent towards environment.

The Chaste Love Of A Brother And Sister

On this Raksha Bandhan hear out the story of a bond like none other, of a sister and her brother.

It is said that the bond of a sister and a brother is the most chaste of all and Raksha Bandhan is the celebration of this chastity and love. A rakhi is the remembrance of all those shared memories, memories of all those giggles after chidings and the tears shed together, that a sister ties on a brother’s wrist with her unconditional love for him. A brother-sister bond is such that even if they do fight the most, they remain special for each other.

To celebrate this auspicious occasion, Hindustan Ki Kahaaniyan brings forward one such tale of this sacred bond, the story of Silky and her brother late Captain Gurjinder Singh Suri. It is heart aching to even think of the woe of an army man’s sister that precedes the moment of elation when she finally sees her brother.

But if it does affect anything it only strengthens their bond and raises their love. Captain Gurjinder Singh like any brother loved her younger sister dearly. Her birth for him was like an angels blessing. His duties for the nation did drew him apart but the love of her sister and for her never failed to bridge that distance. He was amongst the brave soldiers that fought in the Cargill war and then one day the letter arrives informing of him being injured.

The bond of a brother and a sister never loosens the firm hold of love and thus it remains eternal. Check out Hindustan Ki Kahaaniyan to hear out the complete story.
